I led a global team of stylists, providing art direction and creative oversight for photo shoots, direct mail campaigns, and digital design initiatives, including retouching for brand and e-commerce assets. I directed models on set and trained and mentored junior stylists to ensure professional growth and skill development. Additionally, I contributed to the creation and implementation of brand guidelines to maintain consistency across Under Armour's e-commerce platform.
